To transition into the new year, we meditated 8am and 8pm, every day - 12 nights, projecting 12 months of 2021. To set the frequency inside and shape the outside. Each day had a topic. Explore and dive into this library of Kundalini meditations of 15 minutes each.

The Rauhnächte, the 12 holy nights between Christmas and Epiphany, have always been considered a holy time. The twelve days/nights symbolise the twelve months of the new year. They begin on the night of 24 to 25 December and end on the night of 5 January to 6 January.
Daily we smoked an incense blend throughout our lobby, working on our brain pharmacy to enhance the experience.
These are times of silence, of looking inwards, looking back at the old year and looking ahead to the coming year. This is an excellent time to look into the future, to make predictions and to get in touch with the spirits of nature. By consciously dealing with the Rauhnächte, you have the opportunity to actively influence and positively shape the coming year.
The term "Rauhnächte" comes from "rough" (wild), from smoke or incense ("Rauchnächte") and from the German word rûch (hairy, furry) - which refers to the appearance of the demons who are up to mischief at this time.
They have their roots in Germanic and Celtic tradition and stem from the difference between the days in the solar year (365 days) and the lunar year (354 days). To compensate for this difference, the Celts inserted 11 intercalary days (and thus 12 nights), which are quasi "non-existent" and in which the laws of nature are suspended and the gates to the "other world" are open.
